中西医结合治疗92例老年冠心病的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating 92 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the integrative medicine

目的:用中西医结合的方法治疗老年冠心病,观察其临床效果。方法:选择符合观察标准的92例老年冠心病证属气滞血瘀证患者作为研究对象。按照入院的先后顺序随机分为两组,即观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组给予西药治疗和健康教育,从饮食、运动、心理、睡眠等多个方式进行宣传教育和干预。观察组在此治疗的基础上根据患者情况增加中药治疗,4周为一个疗程,共8周。结果:观察组痊愈9例,显效11例,有效22例,总有效42例,总有效率为91.3%(42/46),高于对照组的69.6%(32/46),x2=6.91,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者D-2聚体(D-Dimer)以及纤维蛋白原(FIB)均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义。且观察组患者治疗后的D-2聚体和纤维蛋白原均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。两组患者偶见头痛、头晕、咳嗽、低血压等不良反应,症状较轻,经过对症治疗后均得到缓解。结论:在以往西药治疗的基础上加强健康教育,帮助患者建立健康的生活方式,并施以个性化的中药治疗,可以有效提高老年冠心病的治疗有效率,并能降低血液高凝状态,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on coronary heart disease. Methods: 92 cases of the Qizhi Xueyu syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 46 cases in each. The control group was given the western medicine and health education, including the diet, exercise, psychology, sleep, and other ways. The observation group was treated in TCM more, 4 weeks as 1 course, for 8 weeks. Results: In the observation group, 9 cases were cured; 11 cases were markedly effective; 22 cases were effective; the total efficiency was 91.3% (42/46), and significantly higher than 69.6% in the control group, x2=6.91,P<0.05; the difference was statistical significance. The D-Dimer and FIB in two groups were significantly decreased, with a statistical difference. The D-Dimer and FIB in the observation group were significantly lower, with a statistical difference. Headache, dizziness,cough, low blood pressure and other adverse reactions were mild, and relieved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion: The integrative medicine and health education can improve efficiency on coronary heart disease, and reduce the blood hypercoagulability, was worthy of clinical popularization.
