中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果评价

Clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on LDH

目的:评价中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:研究对象为我院收治的78例腰椎间盘突出症患者,依据患者的意愿分为两组,对照组39例口服双氯芬酸钾分散片、甲钴胺胶囊配合骨盆牵引、推拿按摩治疗,观察组39例给予中药内服结合牵引、推拿按摩治疗,评价两组治疗后的症状、体征、疗效以及安全性。结果:观察组治疗后3个月症状、体征、总体证候量表评分、疗效均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:用中医药综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者效果显著。

Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 78 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 39 cases in the control group were given diclofenac potassium dispersible tablets, mecobalamin capsules, pelvic traction and massage. The observed group took TCM medicine, pelvic traction and massage. Results: In 3 months, symptoms, signs, overall syndrome scale score and efficacy were better in the observed group (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM comprehensive treatment was effective on LDH.
