慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医药治疗研究进展

A review on treating COPD in TCM

为了探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中医药治疗方法及应用效果,本文选取17例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者作为研究对象,根据其实际表现进行中医辨证分型并提供针对性的用药方案。研究的患者连续治疗1个月后,显效8例(47.06%)、有效6例(35.29%)、无效3例(17.65%),临床治疗总有效率高达82.35%,治疗效果较为理想,提示中医药辨证治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病具有较为理想的临床疗效,可有效保障患者生活质量及生命安全,值得今后推广。

In this article, 17 cases of COPD were targeted different treatment programs based on TCM syndromes differentiation,in order to investigate therapies and application efficacy of the TCM medicine on COPD. In 1 course, 8 cases were markedly effective (47.06%), effective in 6 cases (35.29%), and 3 cases were ineffective (17.65%); the total efficiency was increased to 82.35%. So TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on COPD shows a good clinical effect, could support the quality of life and safety, and was worthy of promotion.
