医用弹力袜应用于下肢大隐静脉曲张患者术后效果分析

Efficacy of medical stretch socks on lower extremity varicose veins in postoperative patients

目的:研究医用弹力袜在下肢大隐静脉曲张术后应用的效果。方法:将183例患者分为实验组和对照组,术后3d换药后实验组给予医用弹力袜治疗,对照组则继续以弹力绷带加压治疗,对比两组的康复效果。结果:实验组患者肿胀、疼痛等情况明显较对照组减轻。结论:医用弹力袜应用于下肢大隐静脉曲张患者术后有明显的辅助治疗作用。

Objective: To investigate efficacy of medical stretch socks on lower extremity varicose veins. Methods: 183 cases were divided into the study group and the control group. 3 days after operation, the study group was given medical stretch socks; and the control group was given elastic bandages constantly. Efficiency in two groups was contrasted. Results: The swelling and pain in the study group were less. Conclusion: Medical stretch socks on lower extremity varicose veins shows a good effect.
