Evaluation of bearing capacity of 35 m precast concrete box girders

预应力混凝土箱梁预制完成后需要检验其施工质量,并对其承载能力是否达到设计要求进行评定。文章在对35 m预制混凝土箱梁静载有限元分析的基础上,结合现场静载试验数据,分析评定箱梁承载力。评定结果表明,预制混凝土箱梁承载力符合设计要求,并有一定的安全储备。

After a prestressed concrete box girder is finished, it is required to test its construction quality and to evaluate its bearing capacity to meet the design requirements. Based on the finite element analysis of the static loads of the 35 m precast concrete box and combining with the field data of static loading tests, the bearing capacity of box girders is analyzed and evaluated. The evaluation results show that the bearing capacity of the precast concrete box girder meets the design requirements and has a certain safety reserve.
