摘要
项目成本和进度绩效是衡量项目进展的重要指标。偏差分析法被认为是一种系统管理规范,在项目成本和进度上进行权衡控制,协调管理,运用科学的管理方法,达到项目管理的预期目标。文章结合斯里兰卡汉班托塔港一期项目的实施,运用偏差分析法对项目的实施过程中产生偏差的原因进行分析,并制定相应纠正偏差措施,以此提高项目成本和进度管理水平。同时提出偏差分析方法在使用方面的见解和思考,探寻管理的最佳效果。
Project cost and schedule performance is an important indicator to measure the progress of a project. Deviation analysis method is considered a system management standard for a trade-off control on the project cost and schedule management, coordination and management, and use of scientific management methods to achieve the desired goal of project management. This paper, based on the implementation of Phase I of Hambantota Port in Sri Lanka and through deviation analysis method, analyzed the reasons of deviation during the implementation of the project and developed appropriate measures to improve management of a project cost and progress. At the same time, the paper proposes ideas and considerations in the application of the deviation analysis method so as to explore the best way for project management.
