摘要 在4G网络加速发展下,为了提升4G终端在4G网络的驻留能力,本文主要研究了LTE高驻留策略和3G/4G共模功率优化策略,梳理了LTE分流优化的流程、方法,并进行固化,开发出4G分流智能优化平台。同时,多维度对LTE分流进行深度分析,总结高倒流栅格优化"三步法",有效指导LTE的规划、建设及优化工作。通过将优化的算法进行固化,自动产生优化策略及结果呈现,既提高了问题定位的准确性又大幅提升了工作效率。项目实施以来,LTE流量增幅明显,LTE终端流量分流比和时长分流比都得到显著提升。 With the accelerate developing of 4G network, the paper mainly studies data traffi c resides in LTE network strategy and 3G/4G common mode optimizing strategy in order to improve the ability of 4G mobile highly possible staying on 4G network. By collecting the process and method of LTE distribution, 4G distribution intelligent optimization platform has been developed. Furthermore, the paper also deeply analyses dimensional LTE distribution, and summarizes three-step optimization method of backflow grids which effectively guiding LTE programming, constructing and optimizing. Through solidifying the optimization of the algorithm, strategy and outcome can be presented automatically that highly improve the accuracy of the problem and greatly improve the work effi cency. Since the project putting into effect,the data traffi c fl ow in 4G network increases apparently and the split ratio of data traffi c and the length of time both receive a signifi cant boost.
