摘要
针对目前传统粗犷式4G营销手段存在的营销成本高、效率低的问题,本文从时段、业务习惯、用户套餐、终端等5个维度结合TD-LTE核心网信令分析挖掘手段创新提出"五分法"营销支撑方案,全方位分析用户需求,助力市场一线开展4G精准化营销,提升营销效率,提高市场份额。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and high marketing cost existing in the traditional rough 4G marketing means, this paper from the five dimensions of period, business practices, user packages,terminals and other binding TD-LTE core network signaling analysis mining means fi rst proposed "five parts" marketing support scheme, a full range of user needs analysis, to help the market line to carry out 4G precision marketing and to improve marketing effi ciency, increase market share.
