浙江省沿海防护林可持续发展策略研究

A research of the sustainable development strategy for the coast protection forest belt in Zhejiang province

浙江省沿海防护林体系三期工程将于2016年启动,在广泛调查研究的基础上,认为浙江省沿海防护林的体系框架基本形成,工程取得了巨大成效,促进了生态经济同步发展,但也存在用地政策不完善、供需矛盾突出等六方面问题;提出了持续推进浙江省沿海防护林建设要从明确目标定位、调整体系结构入手,在强化科技支撑和完善监测体系基础上,实现可持续发展的策略。

The third phase of the coast-protection forest system in Zhejiang Province is expected to launch in 2016. On the basis of extensive investigation and study, this paper shows that the coast -protection forest system in Zhejiang Province has been basically formed. Furthermore, the framework of the project has not only gained great achievements, but also promotes simultaneous development of the ecological economy. However, there are six problems in the presence of the system, for instance, the land policy is not perfect, and the contradiction between supply and demand is extremely prominent. Finally, through the clear goal orientation and adjusting system structure, the thesis puts forward strategy of sustainable development on the basis of strengthening scientific and technological support and improving the monitoring system for the construction of the coast-protection forest in Zhejiang Province.
