垂体后叶素与米索前列醇联合对预防产后出血的效果评价

Effects of Combined Pituitary Hormone and Misoprostol on Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:探讨垂体后叶素与米索前列醇联合对预防产后出血的临床效果。方法:106例产妇随机分为两组,各53例。两组均为阴道分娩。观察组采用垂体后叶素与米索前列醇联合,对照组予催产素。测量两组产妇用药前后血压情况,记录产后2h、24h出血量,统计产后出血率,比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果:用药前两组患者血压水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),用药后观察组血压无明显变化,低于对照组,对照组血压上升(P<0.05);产后出血率观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产后2h、24h出血量均明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。两组不良反应症状轻微,均自行好转,发生率无统计学差异。结论:垂体后叶素与米索前列醇联合可降低产后出血率,减少产后出血量,不良反应少,有较好的产后出血的预防作用。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of pituitary hormone and misoprostol in preventingpostpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 106 cases of maternal were randomly divided into two groups, each of 53 cases. Two groups were vaginaldelivery. The observation group was treated with the combination of vasopressin and misoprostol, and the control group was given oxytocin.The blood pressure of the two groups were measured before and after treatment, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage of 2H and 24h wererecorded, and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results: Before treatment, blood pressure level of patientsin the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05), were observed after treatment group blood pressure did not change significantly, lowerthan that of the control group, control group, the blood pressure increased (P<0.05); postpartum hemorrhage rate in observation group wassignificantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05) were observed group after 2h, 24h blood loss was significantly less than that of thecontrol group (P<0.01). Adverse reactions of the two groups were mild, all self improvement, the incidence was not statistically significantdifference. Conclusion: The combination of vasopressin and misoprostol can reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce the amountof postpartum hemorrhage, less adverse reactions, and has a good preventive effect of postpartum hemorrhage.
