奥氮平联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应分析

Analysis of Efficacy and Side Effects of Olanzapine Combined with Fluoxetine in the Treatment of Depression

目的:探讨奥氮平联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床效果和不良反应情况。方法:抑郁症患者106例随机分成对照组和观察组,各53例,对照组53例单纯给予氟西汀治疗,观察组53例给予奥氮平联合氟西汀治疗,治疗8周。用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)对治疗前及治疗后2、4、6、8周的两组患者的抑郁和焦虑程度评分。分析两组患者的临床疗效及两组药物的不良反应情况。结果:治疗后2、4、6、8周时HAMD与HAMA评分,两组均明显比基线值降低,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对疾病的治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症起效快、临床效果显著,不良反应事件发生率低于单用氟西汀。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of olanzapine combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression andadverse reactions. Methods: Depression patients with 106 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 53 casesin each, the control group (53 cases) treated with fluoxetine in the treatment of, 53 cases in observation group were given the treatmentof olanzapine combined with fluoxetine in treatment, treatment for 8 weeks. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and theHamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) before treatment and after treatment for 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks to two groups of patients with depression andanxiety scores. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed in the two groups. Results: After treatment 2,4, 6, 8 weeks, HAMD and HAMA score, two groups of were significantly than the baseline value is reduced, the observation group weresignificantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); observation group to disease cure rate was significantly higher than thatof the control group (P<0.05); to observe the adverse reactions of the two groups the incidence was significantly lower than that in thecontrol group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Olanzapine combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression is fast onset, clinical effectsignificantly, adverse events occurred rate lower than that of the single use of fluoxetine.
