治疗性健康教育对改善肠易激综合征患者生活质量的影响

Efficacy of Patient Education on Quality of Life in Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:探讨治疗性健康教育(TPE)对肠易激综合征(IBS)患者生活质量的影响。方法:对145名IBS患者实施TPE,比较干预前和干预后3个月患者的生活质量,采用IBS疾病专用生活质量量表进行评定。结果:实施TPE后3个月,患者的生活质量较干预前显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:TPE对IBS患者生活质量具有积极作用。

Objective: To study the effects of therapeutic patient education (TPE) on quality of life in patients with irritable bowelsyndrome (IBS). Methods: The convenient sample consisting of 145 patients with IBS were given the intervention of TPE . The IBSquality of life scale (IBS-QOL) was used to assess the patients’ quality of life before and three months after the intervention. Results:Three months after the TPE, the score on IBS-QOL was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: The TPE seems to be a propermethod to improve the quality of life in patients with IBS.
