定期尿激酶封管对预防带涤纶环长期透析导管栓塞的护理探讨

Nursing Care of Regular Urokinase Sealing for Prevention of Long Term Dialysis Catheter with Polyester Ring

目的:探讨定期尿激酶封管对预防带涤纶环长期透析导管栓塞的护理效果。方法:36例带涤纶环长期透析导管患者分为观察组以及对照组,各18例,对照组患者采用肝素液进行封管,观察组患者采用定期尿激酶进行封管,对比两组患者进行导管后的功能状况及临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的各项相关指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:定期尿激酶封管能够延续带涤纶环长期透析导管栓塞的使用时间,预防局部感染现象。

Objective: To investigate the nursing effect of regular urokinase sealing on the prevention of long term dialysis catheterwith polyester ring. Methods:36 cases with Dacron cuffed long-term catheter in hemodialysis patients were divided into observation groupand control group, with 18 cases in each, control group were treated with heparin solution to seal up the tube, the observation group weretreated with regular urokinase to seal up the tube, compared two groups of patients with catheter after the function and clinical curativeeffect. Results: The relevant indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effectiverate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Regular urokinase sealing tubecan extend the use time of long-term dialysis catheter embolization with polyester ring, prevent local infection.
