沙河社区老年高血压患者用药管理的干预效果分析

Intervention Effect of Medication Management in Elderly Patients with Hypertension in Community of Shahe

目的:探讨社区老年高血压患者的生活用药管理的干预效果。方法:50例老年高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例,治疗组为社区老年高血压患者,按实际情况进行相应的常用药品的管理干预,对照组对社区老年高血压患者进行常规性的干预。比较两组干预前后血压的控制情况。结果:给予老年高血压患者用药管理的干预后,治疗组用药管理水平、血压控制率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压患者的日常生活中进行用药的管理干预,可显著改善了老年高血压患者的健康状况。

Objective: To explore the intervention effect of medication management in the elderly patients with hypertensionin community. Methods: 50 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment group and thecontrol group, 25 cases in each, the treatment group for the elderly patients with hypertension in a community, according to theactual situation were used drugs to corresponding management intervention, control group to carry out routine intervention in theelderly patients with hypertension in a community. The control of blood pressure was compared between the two groups beforeand after the intervention. Results: In the elderly patients with hypertension medication management of the intervention of thetreatment group, the level of medication management, blood pressure control rate was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The management of medication in the daily life of elderly patients with hypertension can significantlyimprove the health status of elderly patients with hypertension.
