针对影响化肥吨袋包装机包装能力的因素进行了探讨,并以化肥行业中较常用的净重式吨袋包装机为实例,从其结构组成及特点、工作过程、工作时间对其包装能力的影响进行了分析,提出了提高吨袋包装机包装能力的建议。

This paper discusses the factors that affect the packaging capacity of the big-bag packing machine of fertilizer. With the net-weight big-bag packaging machine commonly used in the fertilizer industry as an example, the influences on the packaging capacity are analyzed in terms of the machine's structure and characteristics,working process and working time. Suggestions are also provided to improve the packaging capacity.
