摘要
目的:讨论大株红景天注射液对2型糖尿病患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将62例初诊2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=33)给予二甲双胍,治疗组(n=29)给予二甲双胍及大株红景天注射液,治疗2周后观察两组血液流变学指标的变化。结果:两组治疗后血液流变学指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);大株红景天治疗后的血液流变学指标改善更为显著(P<0.05)。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Dazhu Hongjingtian on hemorheology in type 2 diabetes. Methods: 62patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given routine treatment to reduce blood sugar.The control group (n=33) was given metformin, while the treatment group (n=29) received the Dazhu Hongjingtian injection more. 2weeks as 1 course, the hemorheology were detected before and after treatment. Results: The hemorheology in two groups demonstratedmore significantly than before, and the total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The DazhuHongjingtian injection can obviously improve the hemorheology in type 2 diabetes.
