调经促孕丸对克罗米芬周期子宫内膜容受性及妊娠率的影响

The influence of Tiaojing Cuyun Wan on clomiphene citrate cycle endometrial receptivity and pregnancy

目的:观察调经促孕丸对排卵障碍性不孕患者克罗米芬周期子宫内膜容受性及妊娠率的影响。方法:将60例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为两组,其中30例予调经促孕丸联合克罗米芬治疗(治疗组),30例单用克罗米芬治疗(对照组),动态监测卵泡发育和排出情况,记录排卵日子宫内膜厚度、类型,比较两组排卵率、妊娠率,对比两种治疗方案的最终疗效。结果:两组在诱导排卵方面疗效相似,无显著性差异(P>0.05);妊娠率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在内膜厚度及A型内膜所占比例上均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:调经促孕丸联合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕既保留了克罗米芬的高效促排卵作用,又能改善子宫内膜厚度及类型,提高子宫内膜容受性,从而提高妊娠率。

Objective: The influence of Tiaojing Cuyun Wan on clomiphene citrate cycle endometrial receptivity and pregnancy wasinvestigated. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the treatment group received Tiaojing Cuyun Wan plusClomiphene. 30 cases in the control group merely took Clomiphene. Results: Clinical efficacy of ovulation induction in groups was similar, P>0.05. Pregnancy in groups showed statistical difference. The differences of endometrial thickness and the proportion of a type endometrialbetween groups were significant. Conclusion: Tiaojing Cuyun Wan plus Clomiphene on ovulatory obstacle infertility not only could promoteovulation, but also improve endometrial thickness and type, increase endometrial receptivity, and thus improve the pregnancy rate.
