芩珠凉血方联合阿维A胶囊治疗血热证寻常性银屑病的随机对照研究

A randomized controlled trial on treating psiasisvulgaris of the Xuere symptom with the Qizhu Liangxue prescription plus acitretin capsules

目的:探讨芩珠凉血方联合阿维A胶囊治疗血热证寻常性银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年2月-2015年5月我院收治的108例血热证寻常性银屑病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各54例,对照组使用阿维A胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用芩珠凉血方治疗。综合比较两组患者治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为90.7%,比对照组高(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率分别为7.5%、13.1%,组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:芩珠凉血方联合阿维A胶囊治疗血热证寻常性银屑病疗效突出,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of the Qizhu Liangxue prescription plus acitretin capsules on psiasisvulgaris ofthe Xuere symptom. Methods: 108 cases were divided into the study group and control group, 54 cases in each group. The control grouptook acitretin capsules; the study group was given the Qizhu Liangxue prescription more. Results: The total efficacy was 90.7% in the study group, higher than the control group (P<0.05). Adverse reaction was 7.5% in the study group, and 13.1% in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion: The Qizhu Liangxue prescription plus acitretin capsules was effective on psiasisvulgaris of the Xuere symptom, with feweradverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion.
