活血化瘀法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of oviduct obstructive infertility by the Huoxue Huayu therapy

目的:探讨活血化瘀法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症30例临床疗效。方法:选取2012-2013年我院治疗的输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者60例,随机平均分成对照组和实验组。其中实验组30例患者使用活血化瘀法治疗,其余30例患者为对照组,对其采取常规方法,对比两组的治疗效果、病情缓解度。结果:经过治疗,实验组显效20例,有效7例,无效3例,对照组显效2例,有效5例,无效23例,相对于对照组来说,实验组效果更好,病人恢复情况更好,故活血化瘀法对于预防和减少并发症的发生有较好的效果,说明此方式对于促进患者康复和缩短住院时间有一定的效果,符合当代医疗理念。结论:活血化瘀法对于预防和减少输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者并发症的发生,促进患者康复和缩短住院时间有一定的积极意义。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Huoxue Huayu therapy on 30 cases of oviduct obstructive infertility.Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group. The experimental group was treated by theHuoxue Huayu therapy; the control group was given the conventional method. The efficacy and remission degree are compared. Results:In the experimental group, 20 cases were markedly effective; 7 cases were effective; and 3 cases were ineffective. In the control group, 2cases were markedly effective; 5 cases were effective; and 23 cases were ineffective. The efficacy of the Huoxue Huayu therapy is better inthe experimental group, met the requirements of modern medical concepts. Conclusion: The Huoxue Huayu therapy can prevent from andreduce complications, promote recovery and reduce hospital stays.
