空心钉配合张力带钢丝治疗髌骨横断骨折

Treating transverse patella fracture with hollow screw and tension band steely wire

目的：探讨空心钉配合张力带钢丝内固定术治疗髌骨横断骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法：2009 年4 月-2013 年7 月，采用空心钉张力带钢丝治疗髌骨横断骨折18 例，其中男11 例，女7 例；年龄16 ～ 53 岁，平均36 岁；均为闭合性横断骨折。结果：术后18 例获得随访，平均随访时间为13 个月。其中，优12 例，良6 例，优良率达100%，无一例出现皮肤坏死、深部感染、内固定松动、断裂及骨折再移位等并发症。结论：空心钉配合张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨横断骨折可获得满意疗效。

Objective: To explore the method and clinical efficacy of hollow screw plus tension band steely wire on transverse patellafracture. Methods: From April 2009 to July 2013, 18 cases were treated with hollow screw plus tension band steely wire. 11 cases weremale, and 7 cases were female. The ages were ranged from 16 to 53 years old, with average of 36 years. Results: 18 cases were followedup 13 months. 12 cases were excellent; 6 cases were good; the excellence rate was 100%. Conclusion: The efficacy of hollow screw plustension band steely wire was satisfied on transverse patella fracture.
