循证护理在预防小儿全麻术后呼吸系统并发症的应用观察

Efficacy of evidence-based nursing on respiratory complications in children following general anesthesia

目的:探讨在小儿全麻术后应用循证护理预防呼吸系统并发症的临床意义,为医院提高小儿全麻手术的整体治疗水平提供相关的数据参考。方法:选择2012年10月-2013年10月我院收治的84例全麻手术患儿作为研究对象,并按照入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组患儿选择常规护理进行干预,观察组患儿给予循证护理,对两组患儿术后发生呼吸系统并发症的情况进行比较和分析。结果:观察组患儿发生呼吸系统并发症5例,发生率为11.90%,与对照组的42.85%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿全麻术后给予循证护理进行干预能够起到有效防控呼吸系统并发症的重要作用,临床应用价值相对较高,值得进一步推广和使用。

Objective: To investigate clinical significance of evidence-based nursing on respiratory complications in childrenfollowing general anesthesia, and provide more reference for clinical treatment. Methods: From October 2012 to October 2013, 84 patientswere divided into two groups, 42 cases for each. The control group was given the conventional nursing; and the observation group wasgiven the evidence-based nursing. Respiratory complications from general anesthesia in two groups were compared. Results: In theobservation group, complications were 5 cases (11.90%), lower than 18 cases (42.85%) in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Evidencebasednursing on preventing from respiratory complications in children following general anesthesia could improve effects, and was worthyof promotion.
