路志正教授运用小陷胸汤治疗疑难杂症临床探讨

Clinical exploration of Professor Lu Zhizheng's experience of applying Xiao Xianxiong Decoction in treating difficult miscellaneous diseases

小陷胸汤出自《伤寒论》,历来被认为是治疗痰热互结于心下的主方。心下包括胸、胸胁、胃脘部位,相当于现今肺、胃、心病范畴。路志正教授抓住痰热互结的病机及清热化痰散结的功效,将其灵活运用于治疗代谢综合征、胃病、心悸、眩晕等病证中,取得满意的疗效,本文将路老临床运用小陷胸汤的经验予以总结,希冀有飧于读者。

Xiao Xianxiong Decoction is recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and it has been regarded as the principalprescription in treating accumulated phlegm heat in the “heart”, “heart” here includes the chest, hypochondrium and the stomach, which isequal to lungs, stomach, heart disease category. Professor Lu Zhizheng applies Xiao Xianxiong Decoction flexibly in treating metabolicsyndrome, stomach disease, heart palpitations, dizziness, etc. based on an accurate diagnosis of the pathogenesis of phlegm heat andachieves satisfactory effect. This thesis summarizes Professor Lu Zhizheng’s experience of applying Xiao Xianxiong Decoction in treatingdifficult miscellaneous diseases, with a prospect of providing references for the readers.
