活血化瘀法在中医内科中的临床应用分析

Clinical application analysis of Huoxue Huayu in TCM internal medicine

目的:研究活血化瘀法在中医内科中的临床应用效果。方法:病例来源:我院2014年2月—2015年11月住院接受治疗的100例中医内科患者。患者分组方法:随机抽签法。100例患者分为西医组和活血化瘀组两个组别。西医组予以西医治疗;活血化瘀组采取活血化瘀中医疗法治疗。观察指标:11个月总有效率、半年总有效率、1年总有效率;2患者起效时间的差异;3不良反应情况。结果:1活血化瘀组相比于西医组1个月总有效率、半年总有效率、1年总有效率更高,x2统计处理有显著差异,P<0.05;2活血化瘀组相比于西医组起效时间延迟,t统计处理有显著差异,P<0.05;3活血化瘀组相比于西医组不良反应更少,x2统计处理有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:活血化瘀法在中医内科中的临床应用效果确切,其起效时间虽然长于西医治疗者,但无论是近期效果还是远期效果,均优于西医治疗,且用药安全性更高,值得推广。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu in TCM internal medicine. Methods: Experiment objects: 100TCM internal medicine patients treated in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2015. Patient grouping method: random digit tablemethod. 100 patients were divided into western medicine group and Huoxue Huayu group, the former received western medicine treatmentwhile the latter received TCM Huoxue Huayu therapy treatment. Observation indexes: ①The effective rate for 1 month, the effective ratefor half a year, the effective rate for 1 year; ②The differences in effective time of patients; ③The side effects. Results: ①The effectiverate for 1 month, the effective rate for half a year, the effective rate for 1 year of Huoxue Huayu group was higher than that of the westernmedicine group, the difference was of statistical significance by x2 test, P<0.05; ②The effective time year of Huoxue Huayu group waslater than that of the western medicine group, the difference was of statistical significance by t test, P<0.05; ③The side effects of HuoxueHuayu group was less than that of the western medicine group, the difference was of statistical significance by x2 test, P<0.05. Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu had significant effect in the clinical application in TCM internal medicine, its effective time was later than that of thewestern medicine treatment, but its short term effect and long term effect were better than that of the western medicine treatment, and it wasof higher security and was worthy of promotion.
