护理标识在心血管内科临床护理安全管理中的作用

Effects of nursing marks on the safety management of clinical nursing in the Department of Internal Medicine-Cardiovascular

目的:研究探讨护理标识在心血管内科临床护理安全管理中的作用。方法:将我院在2014年2月—2015年2月收治的70例采用护理标识护理的心血管内科患者作为观察组,将2014年2月之前未采用护理标识护理的70例患者作为对照组,比较两组患者出现的不良事件发生率,患者的满意度。结果:观察组不良事件发生率2.9%明显低于对照组不良事件发生率22.9%(P<0.05),结果差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),结果差异具有统计学意义。结论:护理标识在心血管内科临床护理安全管理中能起到降低不良护理事件的发生率和提高患者满意度,值得在临床上应用及推广。

Objective: To study effects of nursing marks on the safety management of clinical nursing in the Department of InternalMedicine-Cardiovascular. Methods: 70 patients in the Department of Internal Medicine-Cardiovascular accepted the nursing marks fromFebruary, 2014 to February, 2015, as the observation group; while 70 patients who did not adopt nursing mark before February,2014 wereenrolled, as the control group, Then, adverse events and patient's satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results: The incidencerate of adverse events in observation group was 2.9%, significantly lower than 22.9% in control group(P<0.05); the difference wasstatistically significant.The patient's satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The clinical nursing safety management of nursing marks in the Department ofInternal Medicine-Cardiovascular can reduce adverse events and improve patient's satisfaction, is worthy being applied and promoting inthe clinical
