针灸联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病心血管自主神经病变临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in patients with diabetes by acupuncture plus lipoic acid

目的:探讨针灸联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病心血管自主神经病变的临床效果。方法:选取2011年7月—2015年11月我院内分泌科接诊收治的86例DCAN患者,随机分为两组各43例,两组入院后均行常规治疗,对照组仅给予硫辛酸注射液,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合中医针灸进行治疗,观察两组治疗效果及出现的不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(88.4%vs60.5%),P<0.05,有统计学意义;两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应,组间比较不存在明显差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:中医针灸联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病心血管自主神经病变疗效显著,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus lipoic acid on cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy inpatients with diabetes. Methods: From July 2011 to November 2015, 86 patients in our hospital were divided into two groups, 43 cases foreach. All patients were given conventional treatment, and the control group was given the lipoic acid injection simply, but the observationgroup was given the acupuncture therapy more. Efficacy and adverse reactions in two group were observed. Results: The total efficacy was88.4% in the observation group, higher than 60.5% in the control group (P<0.05). There are no adverse reactions in two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture plus lipoic acid on cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in patients with diabetes shows a good effect, withoutadverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion.
