探讨中医治疗预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对中医治疗方法在预防尖锐湿疣复发中的临床运用效果进行观察与分析。方法:抽取2014年4月—2015年4我院所收治的82例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象,按就诊单双数顺序法分成实验组与参照组,在常规微波治疗的基础之上,对参照组患者采取斯奇康治疗,实验组患者采取黄芪甘草颗粒;观察和对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及其复发情况。结果:实验组患者的基本治愈率(65.9%)明显高于参照组(41.5%),差异明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的复发率(34.1%)低于参照组(58.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);就复发时间而言,实验组患者优于参照组,差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对尖锐湿疣患者采取中医(黄芪甘草颗粒)治疗,效果显著,且复发率低,值得在临床上大力推行与运用。 Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in preventing and treatingrecurrence of condyloma acuminatu. Methods: 82patients with condyloma acuminatum, admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April2015, were selected as research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the admission sequence,on the basis of conventional microwave treatment, the control group was treated with BCG-PSN while the experimental group receivedQihuang Gancao granules. The clinical therapeutic effect and recurrence of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results:The basic cure rate of the experimental group (65.9%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (41.5%), and the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05);The recurrence rate of the experimental group(34.1%) was lower than that of the control group(58.5%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); In terms of recurrence time, the experimental group was better than thatof the control group, the difference was significant and was of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM treatment (QihuangGancao granules) of condyloma acuminatum had significant effect, its recurrence rate was low and it was worth to be vigorously promotedand applied in clinical practice.
