摘要
目的:对肛瘘在挂线条件下进行三维有限元建模与分析。材料与方法:选取10份直肠癌患者健康的离体肛门内括约肌标本,通过生物力学轴向拉伸及力学参数的采集,测算杨氏弹性模量、泊松比等力学参数,应用SUPER-SAP软件进行有限元建模,在计算机模型上模拟橡皮筋挂线。结果:利用弹性模量、泊松比等参数建立肛门内括约肌三维有限元模型,模拟挂线取得整个肛门内括约肌挂线各个节点的综合应力和位移量。结论:在计算机上建立接近正常的人体肛门内括约肌模型,阐述人体软组织有限元建模的思路和方法,模拟分析肛瘘挂线条件下的力学行为,为将来更深入研究不同类型的肛瘘及复杂条件下的肛瘘挂线提供了理论依据。
Objective: To offer a three-dimensional finite element model and analysis of anal fistula under the condition of setontreatment. Material and methods: As far as methodology is concerned, ten healthy specimens of internal anal sphincter from ten patientswith colorectal cancer were isolated. Mechanical parameters as Young’s elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio were computed through abiomechanical axial tension and collection of mechanical parameters, a finite element model, with which to simulate rubber seton, wasestablished by using SUPER-SAP software. Results: The simulated seton helped to find the comprehensive stress and the amount ofdisplacement through the three-dimensional finite element model on internal anal sphincter with the aforementioned elastic modulus andPoisson’s ratio. Conclusion: Establishing a model approximating internal anal sphincter in a healthy human body, elaborating themethodology and approach of a finite element model of human soft tissues and simulating and analyzing the mechanical behavior of analfistula under the condition of seton treatment provided theoretical basis for the further studies on different types of anal fistula and its setonunder more complex circumstances.
