三维适形放射治疗晚期腹部恶性肿瘤的近期疗效评估

The short-term efficacy of 3DCRT on advanced abdominal malignancies

目的:探讨三维适形放射治疗晚期腹部恶性肿瘤的近期疗效。方法:选取2013年5月—2016年4月我院收治的晚期腹部恶性肿瘤患者80例,将其随机分成两组,每组患者40例,观察组采用三维适形放射治疗,对照组进行常规放射治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者在治疗总有效率上高于对照组患者(77.5%vs60.0%),P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:给予晚期腹部恶性肿瘤患者实施三维适形放射治疗,能够改善患者的临床症状,提升其治疗总有效率,值得临床推广。

Objective: To explore the short-term efficacy of 3DCRT on advanced abdominal malignancies. Methods: 80 cases weredivided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The observed group received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy; the control grouptook conventional radiology. Results: The total efficiency was 77.5% in the observed group, and 60.0% in the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion: 3DCRT was effective on advanced abdominal malignancies, by improving clinical symptoms, and is worthy of promotion.
