The relationship between CXCR4 expression level, preoperative serum CEA level and colorectal cancer

目的:探索术前血清中CEA水平及肿瘤CXCR4表达水平与大肠癌的关系。方法:检测结直肠癌病人术前血清CEA水平,用免疫组化的方法研究病人结直肠癌组织CXCR4的表达水平,分别对术前血清CEA水平及CXCR4的表达水平与不同临床病理参数的关系进行研究。结果:结直肠癌肿瘤组织CXCR4表达水平与大肠癌患者的年龄、性别、大肠癌组织学类型、浸润深度、分化程度无关,与肝转移、淋巴结转移和Ducke’s分期有关;病人术前血清CEA水平与与大肠癌患者年龄、性别、大肠癌组织学类型、浸润深度、分化程度无关,肝转移、淋巴结转移和Ducke’s分期有关;结直肠癌病人血清CEA水平与结直肠癌肿瘤中CXCR4表达水平并无明显的相关性。结论:结直肠癌病人血清CEA水平及肿瘤CXCR4表达水平均是判断大肠癌是否复发或转移的标志之一。但结直肠癌病人术前血清CEA水平与结直肠癌肿瘤中CXCR4表达水平并无明显的相关性。

Objective: To explore the relationship between preoperative serum CEA level, tumor CXCR4 expression level andcolorectal cancer. Methods: Preoperative serum CEA level of patients with colorectal cancer was detected. The expression level of CXCR4in colorectal cancer tissues was studied by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between preoperative serum CEA level, tumor CXCR4expression level and different clinical pathological parameters was studied. Results: The expression level of CXCR4 in colorectal cancertissues was not related to the colorectal cancer patients' age, gender, colorectal cancer histology type, depth of invasion, degree ofdifferentiation, and it was related to liver metastasis, lymph node metastasis and Ducke’s staging; The preoperative serum CEA level wasnot related to the colorectal cancer patients' age, gender, colorectal cancer histology type, depth of invasion, degree of differentiation, and itwas related to liver metastasis, lymph node metastasis and Ducke’s staging; There was no significant correlation between serum CEA leveland the expression level of CXCR4 in colorectal cancer tissues. Conclusion: CEA level and the expression level of CXCR4 in colorectalcancer tissues were one of the parameters to determine whether there was recurrence or metastasis of colorectal cancer. However, there wasso significant correlation between serum CEA level and the expression level of CXCR4 in colorectal cancer tissues.
