The significance of clinical pathway in clinical nursing work

目的:探讨临床路径在护理工作的意义。方法:根据不同的病种和手术制定一种治疗护理模式,责任护士按照临床护理路径表的标准化治疗护理流程,让患者从入院到出院按流程接受和参与治疗和护理。结果:进入临床路径的患者能够积极主动参与治疗与护理,提高了护理工作的效率和质量。结论:临床路径把诊疗护理常规合理化、流程化,使病程的进展按流程进行有效控制,减少了患者住院日数,节省了费用,提高了患者的满意度,减少了护患纠纷。

Objective: To explore the significance of clinical pathway in nursing work. Methods: Treatment and nursing mode wasdeveloped based on different diseases and surgery, nurses on duty carried out standardized treatment and nursing process according to theclinical nursing pathway, which let the patient accept and participate in treatment and nursing from admission to discharge. Results: Thepatients who received the clinical pathway nursing actively participated in the treatment and nursing and the efficiency and quality ofnursing work were improved. Conclusion: The clinical pathway rationalized the conventional diagnosis, treatment and nursing andeffectively controlled the process of diseases, which helped to reduce hospitalization days, save the cost, improve satisfaction of patients,and reduce nurse patient disputes.
