新常态下泽州县资源型城镇转型发展对策探索

Resource-based Urban Transformation and Development Tactics in Zezhou under The New Normal

资源型城镇与其他城镇最大的不同之处,就在于它的生存发展离不开自有的资源存量,特别是以丰富的矿物质资源、多种经济作物资源为依托。因此,相比其它以新兴产业如动漫产业、网络产业为主导的城市而言,资源型城镇向上的发展空间更加狭窄,限于以往长期对待资源的粗放利用传统,想要改变这种局面也不是一蹴而就的。本文以资源型城镇的典型代表泽州县为契机,通过分析新常态下泽州县转型发展的必要性和可能性,拟对其转型发展提出四点可行性措施。

The biggest difference between the resource-based towns and other towns is its survival anddevelopment is inseparable from its own resources stocks. Especially with rich mineral resources,relying on a variety of economic crops resources. Therefore, compared to other emerging industries suchas animation industry, the Internet industry as the leading cities, resource-based urban developmentspace up even more narrow. Given the long-term deal with the past, extensive use of traditionalresources, this situation is not going to change overnight. In this paper ,typical resource-based Zezhouas an opportunity, through the analysis of the necessity and possibility in the new normal Zezhoutransformational development, it intends to put forward four feasible measures for its transformationaldevelopment.
