摘要
基于某车型悬架橡胶衬套材料的单轴、等双轴、平面拉伸试验数据,利用Abaqus软件拟合得到橡胶材料的Mooney-Rivlin本构模型参数,并运用本构模型参数对试验样件静弹性进行仿真分析,验证其本构模型的准确性。采用该本构模型参数,以橡胶衬套刚度特性为研究参数,选用不同单元尺寸、网格类型进行仿真计算,并与衬套刚度的试验值进行对比分析,得到相关结论。
Based on the uniaxial,biaxial and surface tension test data of a vehicle suspension rubber bushing material,the authors get the parameters of the rubber material's Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model by using Abaqus software fitting. They use the constitutive model parameters to simulate and analyze the static elasticity of the test samples in order to verify the constitutive model accuracy. And then they use the constitutive model parameters, taking the rubber bushing stiffness features as the research parameters, choose different element sizes and different grid types to carry out the simulation and calculation, and compare with the test values of bushing stiffness. Finally, the relevant conclusions are obtained.
