摘要
采煤机位置检测技术是综采工作面智能控制技术的关键技术之一,是综采工作面实现智能化、无人化采煤的重要基础和先决条件。通过分析现有的3种主要检测技术和应用中存在的问题,提出了一种基于RFID方式的采煤机位置检测技术,并按照工作面的要求进行了检测系统的整体设计和通信方案设计,选取了适应于煤矿井下金属环境下的标签,对搭建的系统设计方案进行了实际测试,实验结果表明设计方案能够满足设计要求。
Coal cutter position detecting technology is one key technology of intelligent technique of fully mechanized coal mining face,it is an important foundation and postulate of intelligent and unmanned operation coal mining for fully mechanized coal mining face. The problems of the three major detecting techniques and application were analyzed, then a position detecting technique of coal cutter based on RFID mode was put forward, and integrated design of detecting system and communication scheme design that under working face standard were done, and then a label that adapt to metal environment of underground was selected, the system design scheme was test in practical, the results showed that the scheme could satisfied design requirements.
