注浆加固技术在回撤通道破碎围岩维护中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对酸刺沟煤矿6上105工作面推至距主回撤通道1~2m时,出现贯通侧煤壁大面积垮落,顶板整体下沉,工作面大面积来压,压死部分支架的情况,对6上107工作面主回撤通道采用GRT-101有机高分子聚合物作为注浆材料进行注浆加固,通过对浆液扩散半径、取芯结果、围岩强度、窥视结果、推采效果的观测,结果表明该加固方案能够保持顶板和煤壁的稳定,可有效防止工作面末采过程中出现冒顶和片帮事故。 Some problems appeared as 6up105 working face mining advanced to the main dismantling tunnel about 1-2m in Suancigou coal mine, which is about large area fall appeared in coal wall at transfixion side, roof fall totally, large area of working face roof appeared pressure, some supports were pressured, and then dismantling tunnel of 6up107 working face was reinforced by high- molecular polymer grouting material (GRT-101) . According test of grouting diffuse diameter, coring results, surrounding rock strength, peeping results and mining results, the results showed that the reinforcement scheme could keep roof and coal wall stability, roof fall and wall caving were prohibited during working face closure mining.
