桃的贮藏保鲜技术

摘要 桃果实鲜美,深受消费者青睐。但是桃柔软多汁,不耐贮运,采后损失严重。因此,桃不能长期贮藏,本文对贮藏、保鲜技术做了简单介绍,以期延长桃的贮藏期和货架期。 Peach fruit is delicious, favored by consumers. But peach is soft and juicy, it is difficult to be storaged andtransported. Therefore, peach can not be stored for a long time. In this paper, the author made a brief introduction to thestorage, preservation, in order to extend the storage period and shelf life.
