摘要
传统的燃油加油机检定装置多采用人工测量液位高度,读取油枪出口温度和标准器内油温,其存在工作量大、自动化程度低、人为主观不确定因素等缺点。因此,该文设计了一套新型燃油加油机自动检定系统,采用磁致伸缩传感器和铂电阻采集过程参数,并通过上位机进行数据处理和数据管理,技术稳定易操作,有效提高了该检定的自动化程度,提高了测量准确性,有着十分重要的工程应用价值。
Most of the traditional fuel dispensers test device using artificial measurement of liquid level height,and read the oil gun exit temperature and oil temperature within standard,it has heavy workload,low degreeof automation,and artificial subjective uncertainty problems.Therefore,this article design a new-style automaticverification system of fuel dispensers,using magnetostrictive sensor and platinum resistance to data procedureparameters by PC,the technology is stable and easy to operate,can effectively improve the degree ofautomation of the verification and measurement accuracy,has a very important application value in engineering.
