海洋平台修井机FM200自动灭火系统的研究

FM200自动灭火系统是海洋石油工程项目中常用的消防设备之一。根据海洋石油平台的消防要求,在海洋平台修井机的建造中,需对修井机电控系统加以保护。由于FM200具有高绝缘性、清洁性和灭火高效等特点,已成为修井机电控系统的首选消防设备。介绍了海洋修井机FM200自动灭火系统的组成、工作原理及技术参数,提出该系统的控制方式及外围接口的设计要求,并对FM200自动灭火系统在海洋石油平台上的推广使用给出了相应的建议。

FM200 automatic fire extinguishing system is one of the common firefighting equipment used in offshore oilengineering projects.According to fire protection requirements of offshore oil platforms,the electric control system ofworkover rig should be protected in the platform construction.Because FM200 has the characteristics of high insulation,cleanness and high efficiency,FM200 automatic fire extinguishing system has become the first choice fire equipment of theworkover rig electric control system.This paper introduces the composition,working principle and technical parameters ofFM200 automatic fire extinguishing system.Control mode of the system and the design requirements of peripheral interfacewere presented and some suggestions on the application of FM200 automatic fire extinguishing system on offshore oil platformswere put forward.
