天津郊区县新农村建设与农业环保存在的问题

Problems in New Rural Construction and Agricultural Environmental Protection in Tianjin Suburban Counties

介绍了天津农业发展的现状,指出天津人多地少,还存在着大片无法耕作的盐碱地,淡水资源极度缺乏,农业发展存在一定的困难。提出了天津郊区县新农村建设的情况和农业环保中存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。指出应在未来的发展中,重视引入农业新技术,改善农居环境,引导农民科学生产,重视环境保护,以更好地实现我市农业的可持续健康发展。

This paper introduces the present situation of agricultural development in Tianjin and points out that as Tianjinhas a large population but less earth and a large amount of unfarmable saline-alkali land and extremely scarce fresh waterresources,it is difficult to promote the development of agriculture.The new rural construction situation and existing problemsin agricultural environmental protection in suburban counties in Tianjin were discussed and improvement measureswere put forward.It also points out that the introduction of agricultural new technology should be attached with importanceto improve the rural living environment,guide farmers to carry out scientific production and care about environmental protection,in order to better realize the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture in Tianjin.
