测量系统分析在阳极溶出法检测含铜废水中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 利用氨-氯化铵底液的阳极溶出法测量0.2~10.0 mg/L范围内的Cu^(2+)溶液,得出确定性系数R^2大于99%、各点的相对标准差小于5.5%的标准曲线。采用少量样本和Minitab统计软件进行了测量系统分析,评估该方法的线性、偏倚、稳定性、分辨力、重复性与重现性。分析结果表明,该测量系统适合辨别17%以上的差异。如果对测量系统的准确度有更高要求,则建议对测量系统的人、机、料、法、环、测方面降低误差,并再次进行测量系统分析。最后对重金属废水处理检测行业推行测量系统分析评估阳极溶出法测量提供了指导意见。 In this paper, we applied anodic stripping voltammetry of NH3-NH4Cl base solution to test Cu2+ solution with the content range of Cu2+from 0.2 mg/L to 10.0 mg /L.As a test result we obtained the standardcurve whose coefficient of determination R2 was greater than 99% andrelative standard deviation in each point was less than 5.5%. Based onMeasurement System Analysis(MSA) in Minitab and with small-amountsample, we evaluated the linearity, bias, stability, resolution, repeatabilityand reproducibility of measurement system, and have got the conclusionthat this measurement system could detect differences more than 17%.If there is more strict requirement regarding the accuracy, then may needto reduce the variations from 5M1E(man, machine, material, method,measure and environment) and use MSA again. As a conclusion, weprovided guidance to carry out MSA for anodic stripping voltammetry(ASV) in heavey metal wastewater testing industry.
