摘要
基于检测技术和计算机控制技术,研制了水冻商品净含量计量检验装置。该装置由称重、解冻、升降、温控和主控制系统组成,能够准确、高效、便捷地对定量包装水冻商品实施检验。该研制项目不仅提高了检测准确度和自动化程度,同时也减轻了检验人员的工作强度。
Based on the technique of measurement and computer control,a metrological inspection device for net quantity of water frozen productsis developed. The device is composed of weighing, thawing, lifting,temperature control and main control system, and can be used to carryout the metrological inspection more accurate, efficient and convenient.The development project not only improves the inspecting accuracy andautomatic level, but also reduces the labor intensity of inspectors.
