摘要
本文从混凝土材料性能及地质情况角度分析了大直径灌注桩桩身水平裂缝缺陷的产生原因。从声波透射法测试原理上分析其对桩身裂缝型缺陷测试效果欠佳的原因。综合现有常见的桩身完整性检测技术手段,用实例阐明大直径灌注桩水平裂缝缺陷的最佳测试方法是综合低应变反射波法、钻芯法及孔内摄像法进行测试。
From the viewpoint of concrete material properties and geological situation, this paper analysed the horizontal cracks on the body of large diameter cast-in-place pile. As for cross-hole sonic logging, the defective results can be ascribed to the testing principle. Putting all the pile body integrity detection method together, this article shows that the best detection method of horizontal cracks for large diameter cast-in-place pile is to comprehensive use the low strain integrity method, core drilling method and hole shooting method.
