摘要
本研究围绕某水泥公司一线熟料库中心筒发生的坍塌事故,针对熟料库中心筒混凝土的组成、结构和性能展开系统研究,以期解析该事故的原因,并对水泥厂熟料库的耐热混凝土的配制提供指导。通过实地考察一线熟料库中心筒耐热混凝土工程的现场情况,并详细了解了该混凝土的施工和使用情况,对坍塌混凝土各种原材料进行分析研究,找出导致这起事故发生的原因。
To clarify the cause of the collapsing accident that the column storage depositing with clinker in a cement plant,the composition, micro-structure and properties of concrete used in the storage were investiged systemly. The results willprovide the guideline to the concrete mixture that applied in the special field. In this paper, the mainly work includinginvestigating on-the-spot, and getting information of the construction and environmetal situation of the concrete, the chemicaland mineral composition of all kinds of raw materials, Find out the cause of the accident.
