the material tendering skills are concluded by summarizing the enterprise internal engineering materialsprocurement tendering method, bidding mode selection and tender list which based on the material properties and otheraspects, get a better control price; the capital cost calculation model of payment terms has also been adopted in order toimprove the bidding result, and this thesis also introduced the tendering method of dealing with the fluctuation of marketprices.
