民族高校学生党员党性培养新探①

New Probe on National College Students' Party Spirit Cultivation

民族高校党员群体是引领民族高校进步和发展的中坚力量，也是我党在民族地区制定的各项政策得以有效实施的基本推动力，更是维护我国边疆地区和谐稳定，以及民族团结和发展的重要支柱。因此，加强民族高校党员，特别是占绝大多数的学生党员的党性培养，强化本群体思想意识的纯洁性和先进性，在新时期具有重大意义。本文从当前民族高校学生党员党性建设过程中面临的困境出发，就相关现实问题进行了分析和研究，并以此为基点提出民族高校学生党员党性培养的相关举措。

College ethnic group members are not only the backbone of national colleges and universities,but also the basic driving force for the minority areas to make various of policies of our party , and an important pillar for the development of maintaining the harmony and stability in border areas. Therefore,the strengthening of the national Party Member , especially accounting for the vast majority of party spirit and culture of student party members and strengthen this community ideological purity and advancement of great significance in the new era. From the plight of College Student Communist nation-building process of facing the current point of view, the analysis and research on issues related to reality and put forward relevant initiatives anchored Nationalities College Students' Party Spirit Training.
