摘要
为实现炉缸侵蚀自动预警及预警记录查询,设计在高炉炉缸炉底增设热电偶在线监测系统。从热电偶点位设置、性能要求以及测温采集系统网络架构原理及布置进行介绍,设计一套炉缸炉底侵蚀在线监测预警系统。
In order to realize automatic early warning and warning record inquiry ofhearth erosion, it was designed to add a thermocouple online monitoring system in the No.5blast furnace hearth and bottom. An online monitoring and early warning system for furnacehearth and bottom erosion was designed, which is introduced in the paper from the aspects ofthermocouple settings, performance requirements, temperature measurement and acquisition systemnetwork framework, principle and arrangement.
