循环水在CCPP机组的综合利用

摘要 根据对CCPP机组近8年的运行经验,先后对高压给水泵稀油站冷却水水源进行改造、EP供水泵水源进行改造、煤冷器水源进行改造。通过改造提高了循环水的综合利用,既降低了循环水的补水量和减少了排污量,又提高了CCPP机组设备运行的稳定性,进一步提高了CCPP机组的发电效益。 Based on 8 years of experience in thermal power CCPP unit, we carried outtransformation to the water sources of cooling water at the high pressure pump thin oil sta原tion, EP pump and coal cooling device. The transformation improved the comprehensive uti原lization of the circulating water, not only reducing the amount of filling water and waste dis原charge, but also increasing the stability of equipment operation of CCPP unit and further im原proving the economic performance of the CCPP unit power generation.
