摘要
电液伺服阀控制回路所涉及的环节多,产生汽轮机调节阀门抖动的可能原因也是各有不同,根据伺服控制回路的工作原理,并结合现场实际对调门抖动的原因进行分析并提出处理方案。
As the control circuit of electrohydraulic servo valve involves various factors,there may be different causes to the control valve shaking. Based on the work principle ofthe servo control circuit as well as field conditions, the causes of control valve shaking areanalyzed and treatment program was also put forward.
