摘要
针对AV系列汽轮鼓风机组启动定速后主油泵无法自动切换、调节油压力低且有波动容易造成机组跳车、主油泵联轴器易损坏更换频繁等问题进行了分析与研讨,通过实施主油泵提压改造,解决了以上问题,提高了机组设备的稳定性。
Existing problems such as failure of automatic switch, lower and fluctuantadjusting oil pressure often causing unit jumping and frequent replacement of shaft couplingof the main oil pump due to damage were analyzed and discussed. Through implementation ofpressure increase transformation of the main oil pump, these problems were solved and thestability of unit operation was improved.
