摘要
通过对影响空气压缩机三级排气温度相关因素进行分析,尝试从增加循环水流量、降低循环水温度、清洗中间冷却器芯降低污垢热阻等提高换热效率措施的角度进行分析、计算、总结,得到保障空压设备稳定、经济运行的有效方法。
Through analyzing relevant factors that influence three-phase exhaust temperatureof air compressor, some measures to improve heat transfer efficiency of the intermediatecooler were calculated and concluded, which included increasing circulating water flow, reducingcirculating water temperature and cleaning the intermediate cooler core to reduce the foulingimpedance. Stable and economical operation of the air compressor was effectively ensuredafter implementing these measures.
