摘要
分析了马钢2500 m3高炉风机造成喘振的原因,并根据机组运行数据,通过增加控制程序、修改画面的方法,解决了温度信号故障造成风机喘振问题。
The causes of blower surge at MaSteel’s 2500 m3 blast furnace were ana原lyzed. According to the unit operation data and through adding a control program and modify原ing the screen imaging, the surge problem caused by temperature signal was solved.
